🌟 100th Anniversary Celebration of Stern Ingredients Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd. 🌟 On the 6th of October 2023, we were truly honored to serve as the organizers for the 100th-anniversary celebration of Stern Ingredients Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd.
JAND Events delivered a comprehensive array of bespoke services and production to ensure the event’s success. These services included the creation of captivating video and photographic content, a branded letterbox, backdrop, expert photography and videography services to capture every moment, an LED screen, and a sound system. Moreover, we provided pre-event planning and seamless on-site event management to ensure a thoughtful post-event experience.

Thank you ORES Group for choosing us as an organisor for Makeup Forever TR APAC EXPERT SEMINAR 2023.
It is our pleasure to help organise such a big event in Thailand for the international company MUFR. The event was held at the W Hotel Bangkok, Sathorn from 16th – 19th May 2023.
We are chosen to help organise this event from the pre-planning and managing the dismantle, two JAND Staffs were also there at the venue to help with any issues during the event.
The whole 4 days, we provided the services of Transfer including airport transfer and transfer to other places, AV System, Sound&Lighting System, Stage, Decoration at the venue of the event, Snack box, Gift, Translation booth, Interpreter, Off-site dinner, DJ for after party, Photographer and additional lighting and pocket money. We are really glad to be part of the local organiser with Brandwise Marketing Solutions to hold the Danfoss Drives API Partner Conference 2023.
The event was held from 26th – 28th April 2022 at Courtyard by Marriott Phuket Town.
JAND Events provided AV System, Sound & Lighting system, Backdrop for the screen, Mic Podium station, Table Control, LED Dance floor and many other services as required. JAND Teams are also on-site to help run all the events smooth, the 3 days event was very successful and impressed, all the guests were happy during the events and it was such a grateful moment for us to be part of everyone’s happiness.

Thank you Cornerstone for choosing JAND Events to be an organisor for the Cornerstone International Go-To-Market Kickoff 2023.
This event was held in Bangkok between 7-11 February 2023, the event was a corporate event consisting of many activities including a conference part, team activity and dinner cruise.
JAND Events provide the full service of the event from the planning to the ending. With airport transfer for all 345 people, JAND Events make sure that everyone has arrived safely. We also organised team activities to build a strong bond among the team which included treasure hunt activities, a grand palace tour and top-chef (or a cooking class activity).
The dinner on the second day was held on the dinner cruise in Chao Phraya river, it was a private charter dinner which has a beautiful view of a river in Bangkok and ICONSIAM, one of the most luxurious malls in Thailand. The Dinner Cruise Trip took around 3 hours and the clients were enjoying the view and live music band on the cruise. On top of that, JAND Teams were standing by to help the clients and accommodate them all over 4 days.

JOVINA is a famous cosmetics brand by a Thai famous influencer and their Grand Opening party was held in Phuket from 14th-16th December 2022.
JAND Events was chosen to be the organiser of this event and we managed the event for all PRE event planning meetings, setting up and dismantling. We set up the venue and decorated all over the place, for example, the cruise ship, dinner table and created an after-party theme. A sound and lighting system were included and JAND staff were also stood by at the venue for any issues during the event.

JAND Events was pleased to work with Thaicom Public Company Limited at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort, supplying, organizing and managing the transportation, accommodations, seminar room and photographer. The meeting proved to be a great success.

Cornerstone Inc held their APJ and India 20th Anniversary Celebrations in Phuket during January 2020. JAND Events was pleased to be the organization and management company that was chosen by Cornerstone out of their Hong Kong office to help them make this historic occasion a success. JAND Events arranged over 2 days and at 2 locations, the Hilton Arcadia Karon and The Le Meridien Patong, the decoration, branded signage and flags, entertainment, staging, sound & lighting, fireworks and more. Working with the team from Cornerstone for pre event site meetings, continuous discussions running up to the event and the liaison throughout the event days. JAND Events team were on site for all the setup at both locations and during the event, liaising with all the suppliers for the installation through to the dismantle including the event itself.
JAND Events was pleased to work with a number of partners on the Manitou product launch at the Hilton Arcadia Karon Phuket, JAND Events together with Team Lobos from Malaysia and E – ZY Events from France spent over a week putting together the marquees for the guests and storage of the Manitou machines, together with sound & lighting both outside in the product launch area and in the main ballroom for the conference and gala dinner. The JAND Events Team were residence at the location for over a week to make sure everything went smoothly for the main client and all the other parties involved.
BIOMIN Asia Pacific held their Antibiotic Reduction Days for 2019 at the Swissotel in Patong, Phuket over 3 days in April. JAND Events was pleased to organize and manage in conjunction with the BIOMIN Team all aspects of the event, including transportation and transfers, bespoke design water resistant jackets, personalized gift pouches with welcome gifts included, staging, sound & lighting, LED Screen, back drops, leisure activities including Thai cooking class and many types of water sports. JAND Events also organized an off site gala dinner with entertainment, instant printing with a bespoke back drop especially themed for the dinner, the JAND Events Team were resident at the clients hotel to oversee the 3 days proceedings and be available at all times to deal with the clients requirement.
JAND Events worked with Ores HK to provide all the accommodation, transportation and exclusive activities for their client LVMHFB Givenchy & Kenzo. This involved booking the hotel accommodation, the airport transfers and transfers to the offsite events, team building, welcome cocktail party, offsite dinner and exclusive Gala Dinner at Level 1 part of Dream Beach Club. Working with Ores prior to the event JAND Events explored the possible venues and team building options and arranged a pre event site visit for the Ores representative to visit all of the locations. Ultimately the welcome cocktail party was held at the C Bar at the Pullman Arcadia in Naithon with the dinner held in an exclusive Sala at Black Ginger a fabulous venue at the Slate Naiyang, the spectacular Gala Dinner was held exclusively at Level 1 over looking the pool with views out to the beach and sea at Dream Beach Club. JAND Events also arranged a team building afternoon of Zip lining and for the business section which was held at the Pullman Arcadia JAND Events provided the sound & lighting and other options the client required.
JAND Events Team worked closely with the Ores representative and the client throughout the event staying on site and accompanying them to all of their offsite activities and events.
JAND Events was pleased to manage and organised the L’Oréal APAC IT Summit held in July 2018 at The Pullman Arcadia Hotel in Phuket. This included all the pre event quotations and proposals for L’Oréal to allow them to choose the best possible options to make their event a success for all of their guests. Some of the JAND Events Team were on hand throughout the event to make sure everything ran smoothly and liaise with the different suppliers to make sure L’Oréal’s guests had the best possible experience. JAND Events also organised a celebration dinner at Baan Rim Pa Kalim, which included arranging the logistics of transporting all the guests from the Pullman Arcadia to Baan Rim Pa and return.
JAND Events was pleased to organise and manage the recent L’Oréal event which was held at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach Phuket as well as an exclusive dinner at Dream Beach Club Phuket. JAND Events provided everything L’Oréal required for their event, including printing, branded bags for their guests, all the sound, lighting and staging including the technical back up and much more. JAND Events staff were on hand throughout the event to liaise with all the suppliers managing all aspects of the event helping to make it a great success.
JAND Events organised transportation and the Johnson Control’s Distributor dinner held at The Impiana Phuket on the 8th March 2018. JAND Events provided return airport transfers and the transportation from and to The Dusit Thani in Laguna to The Impiana in Patong along with arranging and organising the dinner held on the Salabua terrace with wonderful views across Patong Bay.
