🌟 100th Anniversary Celebration of Stern Ingredients Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd. 🌟 On the 6th of October 2023, we were truly honored to serve as the organizers for the 100th-anniversary celebration of Stern Ingredients Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd.
JAND Events delivered a comprehensive array of bespoke services and production to ensure the event’s success. These services included the creation of captivating video and photographic content, a branded letterbox, backdrop, expert photography and videography services to capture every moment, an LED screen, and a sound system. Moreover, we provided pre-event planning and seamless on-site event management to ensure a thoughtful post-event experience.
All attendees expressed their happiness throughout the event, making it a deeply rewarding experience for us to share in the joy and fun of every person present.
During 23rd-26th August 2023, JAND Events has an opportunity to collaborate on a private retreat It was a pleasure for us as an organisor and provide the client a great experience in Phuket.
The JAND Teams are present on-site to ensure the seamless operation of the retreat. This includes coordinating with the hotel for accommodation, managing online meetings, organizing meals both on-site and off-site, and team-building activities. Additionally, JAND takes care of all transportation arrangements from the arrival to the departure of the event. The four-day event was a success. All the attendees expressed their happiness throughout the event, and it was a deeply rewarding experience for us to share in the joy and fun of each and every person present.

This event was held in Bangkok between 7-11 February 2023, the event was a corporate event consisting of many activities including a conference part, team activity and dinner cruise.
JAND Events provide the full service of the event from the planning to the ending. With airport transfer for all 345 people, JAND Events make sure that everyone has arrived safely. We also organised team activities to build a strong bond among the team which included treasure hunt activities, a grand palace tour and top-chef (or a cooking class activity).
The dinner on the second day was held on the dinner cruise in Chao Phraya river, it was a private charter dinner which has a beautiful view of a river in Bangkok and ICONSIAM, one of the most luxurious malls in Thailand. The Dinner Cruise Trip took around 3 hours and the clients were enjoying the view and live music band on the cruise. On top of that, JAND Teams were standing by to help the clients and accommodate them all over 4 days.

This event was held at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse from the 3rd to the 6th of October 2022. JAND Events provided complete bespoke services including management and organization as well as the provision of sound system equipment, entertainment, transportation, and dinner each day.
The evening proved to be a great success with the guests enjoying dinner and all of the performances throughout the evening.
JAND Events was pleased to organise & manage this great event. We started the journey for the Blue List Expedition – ultimate luxury lifestyle – at Royal Phuket Marina, this was a unique opportunity to visit the Zeavola Resort & Spa on Phi Phi island, as in any normal year it would not be possible to have an exclusive event such as this at the Zeavola Resort. During the three days, participants were greeted with a collection of lavish experiences, fabulous parties and lifestyle activities which were pulled together for unique and carefully selected guests. Featuring over 15 yachts, this expedition was a chance to indulge in the finest things life has to offer. There was plenty of delicious food, high-class drinks and extravagant parties over the weekend, everybody enjoyed the barefoot experience of the Zeavola Resort and meeting old and new friends alike.
For the third year in a row JAND Events was pleased to organize and manage The Last Man Stand’s Thailand Tour which took place at the Alan Cooke Cricket Ground in Phuket during February 2020. These was a 4 day event with teams from around the world and for the first time was live streamed to an audience worldwide, despite the unfortunate outbreak of the corona virus everyone has a great time during their visit to Phuket and the cricket was enjoyed by everyone.
Cornerstone Inc held their APJ and India 20th Anniversary Celebrations in Phuket during January 2020. JAND Events was pleased to be the organization and management company that was chosen by Cornerstone out of their Hong Kong office to help them make this historic occasion a success. JAND Events arranged over 2 days and at 2 locations, the Hilton Arcadia Karon and The Le Meridien Patong, the decoration, branded signage and flags, entertainment, staging, sound & lighting, fireworks and more. Working with the team from Cornerstone for pre event site meetings, continuous discussions running up to the event and the liaison throughout the event days. JAND Events team were on site for all the setup at both locations and during the event, liaising with all the suppliers for the installation through to the dismantle including the event itself.
JAND Events was pleased to work with Marriott Merlin Beach Hotel Phuket, Thailand on their New Year’s Eve festivities, supplying, organizing and managing the entertainment for New Year’s Eve including a fantastic 8 piece band, many dance performances in 2 locations at the hotel. The evening proved to be a great success with the guests enjoying a fabulous dinner and all of the performances throughout the evening.
JAND events has organized weekly entertainment at the SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort which commenced on the 1st November 2019 and runs to the end of April 2020. The show is a mixture of traditional Thai dance and Thai martial arts performed with traditional live Thai music for their guests enjoyment.
JAND Events was pleased to work with a number of partners on the Manitou product launch at the Hilton Arcadia Karon Phuket, JAND Events together with Team Lobos from Malaysia and E – ZY Events from France spent over a week putting together the marquees for the guests and storage of the Manitou machines, together with sound & lighting both outside in the product launch area and in the main ballroom for the conference and gala dinner. The JAND Events Team were residence at the location for over a week to make sure everything went smoothly for the main client and all the other parties involved.
BIOMIN Asia Pacific held their Antibiotic Reduction Days for 2019 at the Swissotel in Patong, Phuket over 3 days in April. JAND Events was pleased to organize and manage in conjunction with the BIOMIN Team all aspects of the event, including transportation and transfers, bespoke design water resistant jackets, personalized gift pouches with welcome gifts included, staging, sound & lighting, LED Screen, back drops, leisure activities including Thai cooking class and many types of water sports. JAND Events also organized an off site gala dinner with entertainment, instant printing with a bespoke back drop especially themed for the dinner, the JAND Events Team were resident at the clients hotel to oversee the 3 days proceedings and be available at all times to deal with the clients requirement.
For the second year running Last Man Stands held there Thailand T20 cricket competition in Phuket at the ACG. JAND Events managed and organized all the aspects of the ground arrangements in Phuket, including the hotel accommodation, the transfers to and from the ACG, booking and coordinating the cricket ground for Last Man Stands use over 4 days, JAND Events also provided branded reusable water bottles for all player taking part in the competition. Simon Melberzs Head of Operations for Last Man Stands who attended the competition hailed it as another great 4 days of cricket and we are certainly looking forward to returning in 2020 for a third year.
JAND Events was pleased to manage and organised the L’Oréal APAC IT Summit held in July 2018 at The Pullman Arcadia Hotel in Phuket. This included all the pre event quotations and proposals for L’Oréal to allow them to choose the best possible options to make their event a success for all of their guests. Some of the JAND Events Team were on hand throughout the event to make sure everything ran smoothly and liaise with the different suppliers to make sure L’Oréal’s guests had the best possible experience. JAND Events also organised a celebration dinner at Baan Rim Pa Kalim, which included arranging the logistics of transporting all the guests from the Pullman Arcadia to Baan Rim Pa and return.
JAND Events was pleased to organise and manage the recent L’Oréal event which was held at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach Phuket as well as an exclusive dinner at Dream Beach Club Phuket. JAND Events provided everything L’Oréal required for their event, including printing, branded bags for their guests, all the sound, lighting and staging including the technical back up and much more. JAND Events staff were on hand throughout the event to liaise with all the suppliers managing all aspects of the event helping to make it a great success.
JAND Events organised transportation and the Johnson Control’s Distributor dinner held at The Impiana Phuket on the 8th March 2018. JAND Events provided return airport transfers and the transportation from and to The Dusit Thani in Laguna to The Impiana in Patong along with arranging and organising the dinner held on the Salabua terrace with wonderful views across Patong Bay.
7 cricket teams completed over 4 days at the tournament arranged by the specialist tour operator Last Man Stands. All the games were played at The ACG ( Alan Cooke Cricket Ground ) in Thalang, Phuket.
JAND Events were pleased to work with Last Man Stands to provide all the hotel accommodation and transportation for the teams stay in Phuket and through out the event.

JAND Events were proud to help organise and mange this event for iStack Holdings and the STM Forum which took place on the Exclusive Private Island of Koh Rang Noi.
Everyone attending the event enjoyed an afternoon and evening of games, entertainment and an array of great food including a local Thai bug table, spit roast pig, gourmet burgers and much more, culminating in a spectacular fire show and firework display.
